Thing what he plugs in is hardware interface, it can be simple and cheap as ELM327 (looking like cable which have OBD2 on one and USB on other end) and there is some software that works for mileage calibration with this "cable" but it is VERY limited and can do mostly asian cars. There is no such thing as USB to OBD2 connector, that is what i am trying to tell you all along. Thought maybe that was a certain software someone would of recognized
